As the primary liaison, the Compyl Channel Manager focuses on fostering strategic partnerships in the designated territory. This role involves equipping partners with a comprehensive understanding of Compyl’s Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions, enabling them to effectively communicate the value proposition to their clients.

Responsibilities:

– Establish, nurture, and cultivate strategic partnerships within the assigned territory.

– Develop an in-depth understanding of Compyl’s GRC products and communicate their benefits to potential customers specific use case.

– Recruit MSPs and other resellers to sell Compyl products.

– Recruit partners and agent partners to sell Compyl products.

– Train agents and resellers on Compyl and how to sell and market it.

– Manage the relationship with the master agent, subagents, resellers, MSPs.

– Foster consultative relationships and serve as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring their satisfaction.

– Clearly articulate Compyl’s value proposition to maintain and expand its presence in each partner’s business.

– Stay informed about partners’ business dynamics, growth initiatives, and strategic focus.

– Effectively communicate the requirements, expectations, and advantages of the Compyl Partner Program to channel partners.

– Expand market coverage in the defined region, promoting the adoption of Compyl products.

– Collaborate with partners and resellers to identify and close new business opportunities.

– Work alongside Compyl Sales team to facilitate connections with target partners.

– Initiate contact with potential prospects through phone and email outreach, including cold calling as needed.

– Leverage leads generated by Marketing to schedule additional meetings.

– Provide weekly feedback to partners on lead progress and next steps.

– Collaborate with VAR on various initiatives such as contracts and email campaigns.

– Drive channel engagement to support territory sales goals.

– Assist the Strategic Account Executives in managing top partners within the territory.

– Conduct occasional on-site meetings with designated partners.

– Coordinate the recruitment of new channel partners as part of the territory channel planning process.

– Deliver reports on progress toward weekly and monthly goals.

– Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM system.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

– Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing channel partners in a technology environment (cybersecurity preferred).

– Experience in facilitating onboarding and enablement activities for channel partners.

– A proven base of existing agents, subagents, or MSPs.

– Knowledge of software channel ecosystems in the territory.

– Familiarity with CRM and forecasting systems.

– Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

– Excellent telephone skills.

– Ability to thrive in a team-selling environment.
