Your Role

  • Develop a demand marketing strategy that enables the creation, capture, and conversion of demand in alignment with business objectives across multiple segments.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional integrated campaigns to ensure aligned execution of strategic messaging and competitive positioning across all channels to reach addressable market of addressable accounts.
  • Enable always-on-demand programs (inbound lead motion) complemented by strategic campaigns (leveraging intent signals) to drive traffic to owned digital properties that converts to qualified leads for the BDR and sales organizations to develop into marketing-sourced opportunities and pipeline.
  • Activate demand across all channels (by segment), including paid, organic, ABM, and partner.
  • Evaluate the performance and ROI of marketing campaigns, optimizing process, adjusting demand tactics and strategy accordingly.
  • Continuously improve and pilot new approaches to creating, capturing, and converting demand. Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the impact of demand creation programs on pipeline and bookings.
  • Ensure a highly productive relationship with sales, driving strong alignment on campaign strategy as well as pipeline and win rate objectives.
  • Create engaging and visually compelling content to support demand generation campaigns, sales cycles, and business initiatives, leveraging tools like Canva, Photoshop, and other industry-standard platforms.
  • Write clear, persuasive, and targeted copy for a variety of channels, including email campaigns, social media, landing pages, and sales enablement materials.
  • Design high-quality visuals and multimedia content tailored to the needs of marketing and sales teams, ensuring consistency with Compyl’s brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to produce content that aligns with Compyl’s overall strategy, messaging, and competitive positioning.
  • Continuously optimize content based on performance analytics, incorporating feedback to improve engagement, conversion rates, and ROI across all channels.

You

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B software demand marketing.
  • You are a motivated, enthusiastic person looking for a rewarding position with an innovative startup and want to achieve big things with us.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching high-impact integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success orchestrating cross-functional teams across a business to achieve pipeline and growth objectives.
  • Experience improving cost unit economics.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with an ability to handle both executive-level discussions and tactical execution.
  • Excellent communication skills that you’ll use to relay technical information to various team members & stakeholders.
  • You thrive in a team environment but can also work independently.
  • You’re aware and willing to understand there are many ways to complete a task. You’re open and willing to collaborate on alternative solutions to the norm.
  • You are naturally curious about technology. You welcome opportunities to learn about different technologies and expand your skill set.
  • A self-starter who can manage their own workload and an ever-growing task list.
