Role Summary
As a Business Development Representative (BDR/SDR), you’ll be the front line of our sales organization, prospecting, qualifying, and generating high-quality pipeline opportunities for the Account Executive team. This is an entry-level sales role with clear advancement paths into AE or GTM roles.
You’ll work closely with Marketing and Sales to identify prospects, craft messaging, and engage with decision-makers across cybersecurity, compliance, and risk teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social to generate qualified meetings
- Follow up on inbound leads and convert them to discovery calls
- Maintain a consistent cadence of outreach and follow-up within defined SLAs
- Collaborate with AEs to build personalized outreach strategies for key accounts
- Track activity and progress in HubSpot CRM
Requirements
- 1+ years of sales or business development experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Clear, concise communicator with strong writing and interpersonal skills
- Organized and metrics-driven, with a hunger to learn and grow
- Experience with prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo) is a plus
- High energy, coachable, and eager to contribute in a fast-growing startup environment
Pay Range: $50,000 to $65,000 (OTE $70,000 to $85,000)
