The Role
We’re hiring an Account Executive who’s ready to own meaningful territory and progress into larger, more strategic deals. You’ll run the full sales cycle, from sourcing and discovery through close, partnering closely with security, IT, and compliance leaders to solve real operational challenges.
This role is ideal for a seller who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys navigating multi-stakeholder buying committees, and wants to grow alongside a company scaling into the enterprise.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle, from outbound and inbound qualification through negotiation and close
- Maintain a steady pipeline by generating, 4–5 high-quality meetings per month through warm introductions, partner referrals, and targeted outbound efforts
- Convert qualified SDR and marketing leads into closed-won opportunities
- Build trusted relationships with decision-makers across InfoSec, IT, Risk, and Compliance
- Uncover customer pain points and clearly articulate Compyl’s business value and ROI
- Lead technical evaluations and POCs, ensuring alignment to customer objectives and driving successful outcomes
- Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Product, and Marketing to tailor solutions and messaging
- Maintain accurate forecasting, strong CRM hygiene, and clear visibility for leadership
- Represent Compyl at industry events, customer briefings, and select in-person meetups
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in cybersecurity, compliance, or adjacent B2B markets
- Proven success closing mid-market deals with exposure to larger or more complex sales cycles
- Strong interest in navigating multi-stakeholder, enterprise-style buying processes
- Experience running technical POCs with discipline and precision
- Familiarity with modern sales methodologies (MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, Challenger, Force Management, etc.)
- Self-directed, accountable, and comfortable operating in a high-growth environment
- Proficiency with HubSpot (or similar CRM), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern sales tooling
