The Role

We’re looking for a high-potential Account Executive ready to take the next step in their sales career. You’ve had success in mid-market SaaS sales and are eager to stretch into more complex, enterprise-like deals. In this role, you’ll own the full sales cycle, from sourcing to close, working closely with security, risk, and compliance teams to help them solve their most critical challenges with Compyl.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle – From initial outreach and discovery to stakeholder alignment, negotiation, and close
  • Maintain a consistent cadence of 4–5 high-quality meetings per month via warm introductions, partner referrals, and strategic outbound prospecting.
  • Convert qualified leads from SDRs and marketing into closed/won deals.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers across InfoSec, IT, and Compliance.
  • Identify customer pain points and position Compyl’s solutions with clear ROI and business value.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Product, and Marketing to tailor solutions to each customer.
  • Accurately forecast deals, maintain strong CRM hygiene, and provide visibility to leadership.
  • Represent Compyl at industry events, customer briefings, and select in-person industry meetups.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–6 years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in cybersecurity, compliance, or adjacent B2B markets.
  • Demonstrated success by closing mid-market deals and progressing into larger or more strategic opportunities.
  • A strong interest in learning how to navigate multi-stakeholder, complex sales cycles.
  • Demonstrated success running technical POCs with precision, ensuring alignment to customer objectives and driving conversion to closed-won.
  • Familiarity with modern sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, Force Management, or Challenger).
  • Self-starter mindset, comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot (or similar CRM), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern sales tools.
